Research Corpus — Sync & Backup

The canonical corpus lives locally at ~/cjohnson-physiology-research/ (see its ONTOLOGY.txt). Backups go one-way, local → private R2 bucket physiology-research. Nothing on the web can write to the bucket or the corpus; only the local operating system can, by the command below.

Manual sync (run on the MacBook)

cd ~/ciqss/proj/cjohnson-2026/cjohnson-landing/physiology
./tools/sync.sh

This pulls scratchpad notes down into 0-inbox/scratchpad/, backs the whole corpus up to R2, and records the run below.
